Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 2026 · This prototype document is illustrative, not final legal text.
1. Permitted use
Quarro provides search results retrieved through a pool of real mobile-carrier IPs. You may use the API and the search app to retrieve publicly accessible, logged-off web content for lawful purposes — for example AI-agent retrieval, SERP/SEO monitoring, price intelligence, ad verification, and research.
2. Prohibited use
You must not use Quarro to:
- Access content behind a login, paywall, or any authenticated area.
- Harvest personal data (PII), credentials, or private records.
- Fetch illegal content, CSAM, or anything violating applicable law.
- Circumvent a target's technical access controls or explicit Terms-of-Service prohibitions.
- Resell raw pool access or run traffic on behalf of undisclosed third parties.
3. Throughput and fair use
The pool is real mobile SIMs, so sustained throughput is SIM-bounded. We enforce per-node rate and daily-data limits to protect donor connections. Attempting to evade these limits, or driving abusive volume that risks the pool being blocklisted, is a violation.
4. Enforcement
Abuse leads to immediate account suspension and, where necessary, IP-range blocklisting. We may review an application's stated use case before issuing an API key and may revoke access at any time for violations of this policy.
